Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate governance processes for investment-related initiatives, new opportunities, and operational changes, including maintaining documentation and decision logs.
  • •Track committee and working group actions and produce management reports, presentations, status updates, and executive summaries.
  • •Support project and change management by maintaining project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates across APAC.
  • •Coordinate investment platform and operational support, including fund launch activities, account openings, onboarding, readiness assessments, and access management.
  • •Support reporting and analytics by producing operational dashboards, performing data analysis in Excel, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in asset management, investment operations, business management, project management, or investment governance.
  • •Strong understanding of front-office investment processes and asset management operating models.
  • •Experience working with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, operations, and risk teams.
  • •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with high attention to detail.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
