Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders in the Philippines, aligning people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • •Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent and performance management, engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • •Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, team performance, succession planning, and talent retention.
  • •Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, governance standards, and employment practices while proactively managing risk.
  • •Drive people initiatives supporting business transformation, culture, inclusion, employee engagement, and development of high-performing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • •Proven experience leading employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and employment practices, including handling complex employee situations and compliance matters.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels.
