Lead daily operations in a manufacturing/distribution setting by directing hourly employees to complete work safely, accurately, and on time. Coach team members, support training, and manage day-to-day workflow across work areas to meet operational goals. Audit tasks for 100% accuracy, ensure order picking/packing and stock replenishment are completed, and handle varied tasks using independent judgment.
