Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and drive cross-selling.
  • •Engage in outside sales activities and establish relationships with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment business partners for referrals.
  • •Process teller transactions, provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referrals, support opening/closing activities as directed, and keep customer information confidential while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
