Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, coordinate, and supervise civil works maintenance, inspections, modifications, and construction activities to ensure timely, safe completion without disruption to plant operations.
  • •Troubleshoot and provide technical support for EPCL civil infrastructure; ensure work is completed safely and according to agreed priorities and target dates.
  • •Conduct civil infrastructure studies and manage modifications to plant facilities based on technical specifications and business requirements, coordinating with operations and engineering.
  • •Oversee repair and maintenance execution for refinery civil structures and related systems (e.g., steel/concrete structures, supports, fireproofing, storm/oily water sewers, pump bases, HVAC maintenance).
  • •Manage maintenance planning, risk assessments, work permits, contractor supervision, third-party certification coordination for firefighting systems, and monthly reporting using Oracle CMMS, including budgeting responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil works and maintenance of facilities or industrial installations, including supervision of contractors and safety aspects.
  • •Knowledge of international civil works codes.
  • •Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with ability to estimate resource requirements.
  • •Planning and scheduling skills, including recording, analyzing, and interpreting maintenance cost and statistics.
