Job Summary

Build applied AI experiences on top of an agent platform for the industrial supply chain. Own core backend services and foundational platform systems that automate the worker sourcing, vetting, matching, and placement pipeline across millions of shifts. Partner with the CTO on key architectural decisions while leading platform engineering priorities like infrastructure, matching, data, and scaling—driving backend performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the standard for applying agents across the stack to automate the staffing pipeline and AI-assisted tooling practices.
•Architect and lead core systems including real-time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines powered by ML and agents.
•Own platform architecture and roadmap planning for what the company needs in the next 1–2 years.
•Drive backend performance, reliability, and scalable growth across the platform.
•Partner with the founding team and CTO on key architectural decisions and iterative roadmap execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 300,000 annually

•A track record of shipping and leading projects at scale with high velocity.
•Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production (plus).
•Ability to own ambiguity and direction in an early-stage environment.
