Production Manager - Kansas City

Supervise daily operations within a Carvana Inspection/Reconditioning Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process and directing leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead continuous improvement and maintain a culture of engagement while hitting quality, production, and cost objectives. Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage team members, ensure progression/certification processes are executed, and manage capacity planning and safety/loss prevention compliance.
