Director, Procurement Operations

Lead and develop a scalable Procurement Operations team across Purchasing (Buyers), Vendor Management, and Procurement Systems. Own the end-to-end P2P process, drive procurement tool implementation and continuous improvement, and ensure Freshworks procurement principles are followed. Partner cross-functionally with IT to define system requirements, launch solutions, and use measurable procurement metrics to improve buying operations.
