Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the direction for a ten-person team, align with Branch Chief goals, and motivate and develop team members.
  • •Manage the successful completion of tasks and assigned projects using a Kanban methodology.
  • •Oversee resource management, including workload balancing, skill allocation, and capacity planning to ensure service availability and timely delivery.
  • •Act as primary liaison to the Branch Chief, ensuring clear communication and driving development of new capabilities.
  • •Manage high availability, configuration, and performance of enterprise tools including Identity Service Engine (ISE), RSA (LDAP), DNS, Ansible/GitLab, InfoBlox, ClearPass, CloudVision, AirWave, CyberSecure IMS, CiscoPrime, and JunoSpace.

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently possess an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • •5+ years of related IT project management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience OR an Associates degree with 7 years of experience.
  • •Technical experience managing system administration, networks, and infrastructure, with familiarity with tools such as ISE, RSA LDAP, Ansible, and InfoBlox.
