•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out and set appointments.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform directed outside sales activities including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Build relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for timely, holistic solutions.
•Process teller transactions as part of platform staff, while maintaining confidentiality, following code of conduct/ethics, and meeting risk and compliance expectations.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to conduct sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
