Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the mechanical design of HVAC, heating/cooling plants, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new and retrofit projects.
  • •Deliver high‑quality technical reports, drawings, and specifications aligned with codes and client standards.
  • •Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
  • •Coordinate seamlessly with structural, electrical, architectural, and offshore design teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •10+ years of consulting experience in building systems design
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO) in Ontario
  • •Advanced expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for complex facilities
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary mechanical design teams and deliver data centre or science/lab/pharma projects in Canada
