Key Responsibilities

•Lead the mechanical design of HVAC, heating/cooling plants, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new and retrofit projects.
•Deliver high‑quality technical reports, drawings, and specifications aligned with codes and client standards.
•Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
•Coordinate seamlessly with structural, electrical, architectural, and offshore design teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
•10+ years of consulting experience in building systems design
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO) in Ontario
•Advanced expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for complex facilities
•Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary mechanical design teams and deliver data centre or science/lab/pharma projects in Canada
