Sr. Instructional Designer

Design, develop, and update training courses that teach GIS concepts, skills, and workflows for Esri customers. Analyze learner needs to define measurable learning objectives, partner with subject matter experts to create instructor-led and web-based learning, and build assessments with actionable feedback. Maintain and improve Esri curriculum quality and collaborate on content development workflows, including using generative AI responsibly to support research and prototyping.
