Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform administrative duties including project implementation oversight mentoring training customer alignment system compliance supply ordering and area upkeep
  • •Support and maintain data driven goals and objectives for receipt stow pick pack and final mile delivery to work centers within their network
  • •Understand business processes to develop strategy metrics and goals to guide execution
  • •Lead by example and motivate organization to achieve high results
  • •Monitor and improve operations ensuring a safe work environment with the goal of zero OSHA recordables annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in material or production planning, purchasing, distribution, operations or supply chain management, material cost control, project management, or master production scheduling; OR bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in one or more of these areas; OR 9+ years of experience in one or more of these areas.
  • •3+ years of personnel management experience with formal direct reports
