Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and education program leading to Retail Personal Banker II responsibilities, including rotations in operations and sales/service.
  • •Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services to match customer needs using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to reach customers, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and drive cross-selling.
  • •Support outside sales activities, partner with business units for referrals, and meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers through sales activities.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •Must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R registration questions).
