Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project estimates covering construction costs, fees, and other associated costs, and validate inputs using benchmark data.
  • •Support capital planning by advising clients on portfolio-level strategies and long-term investment decisions.
  • •Assist procurement efforts including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation/leveling, and bid interview support with recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules, presenting forecasts to clients while maintaining transparency and accuracy.
  • •Support cost control and change management by assessing payment applications, change orders, dispute prevention/resolution, invoicing, and financial close activities (including post-contract audits and account close-outs).

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with less than two years of industry experience.
  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (preferred: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business).
  • •Ability to support project estimation and validate cost inputs, including using benchmark data.
  • •Engagement with procurement activities and cost reporting/forecasting deliverables, including maintaining commercial risk registers where applicable.
