Job Summary

Design and deliver hardware for High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) end to end, including schematic creation, circuit simulation and worst-case validation, and execution of hardware electrical testing. Produce and maintain technical documentation and process artifacts (e.g., planning, module documentation, layout requirements, FMEA), while collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams in an international, safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-to-end hardware development tasks for HV BMS, using existing hardware specifications and architectures.
•Create, update, validate circuit diagrams using worst-case calculation and simulation.
•Write test specifications and execute hardware electrical tests on development samples.
•Create and maintain process documentation including planning, module documentation, layout requirements, and FMEA.
•Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams and provide guidance to less experienced engineers when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HW development.
•Strong knowledge of analog and digital hardware design for automotive applications.
•Experience with High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) and Li-Ion battery technologies.
•Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and its implementation in hardware development.
