Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end payments vision and multi-year strategy across processing, insurance billing/claims, and embedded finance/financing opportunities
  • •Manage vendor and partner relationships across PSPs, processors, and payments partners, including performance management, contract renewals, and escalations
  • •Define a rigorous, data-driven roadmap balancing reliability, risk, and compliance against growth and revenue opportunities
  • •Partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure payments products meet regulatory requirements (including PCI DSS and healthcare billing regulations)
  • •Set pricing and monetization/take-rate strategy and collaborate on go-to-market adoption, launch, and validation of new payment offerings

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience with hands-on ownership of payments, embedded finance, or fintech products at scale
  • •Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience operating in regulated environments
  • •Experience running vendor RFP processes and managing PSP or payments partner relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management
  • •Proven track record incubating and scaling new product lines from discovery and validation through commercialization
  • •Customer-obsessed product leadership using quantitative and qualitative insight to drive roadmap and prioritization decisions
