Head of Operational Risk Technology and Transformation

Lead enterprise-wide operational risk transformation and roll out major programmes, representing the Operational Risk function at senior governance forums. Own operational risk project delivery and portfolio analysis, coordinate closely with Business, IT and external vendors, and drive automation using SAS, Python and Power BI. Ensure infrastructure supports regulatory, audit and reporting needs, oversee insurance management, and manage compliance against evolving CBUAE regulations.
