•Incubate & Launch Ventures: Transform validated opportunities into unicorn-level market pilots, securing lighthouse clients and executive-approved business models.
•Establish Venture Operating Models: Architect governance, funding, and decision frameworks that empower R&D squads to ship milestones autonomously.
•Forge Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and integrate flagship advertiser partnerships into the core product to elevate global market positioning.
•Scale High-Performance Teams: Build a venture organization by hiring and mentoring leaders, setting quality bars, and coaching managers to deliver outcomes independently.
•Drive P&L & Playbook Excellence: Own venture impact by running recurring data reviews and codifying playbooks for high-leverage bets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 140,000 - 180,000 annually

•Deep understanding of architecture and analytics for growth (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) with privacy/compliance readiness.
•Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company effectively with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
•Bonus: success in launching or scaling a major product in Rewarded User Acquisition or Fintech.
