Lead and scale Confido’s partnerships program for a rapidly growing AI-native platform in the CPG retail space. Own channel strategy, build partnerships from scratch, develop deep ecosystem knowledge, and drive revenue through strategic partner relationships in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own channel strategy: identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact partnership channels for Confido, including brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, and other strategic partners in the CPG ecosystem.
•Build partnerships from scratch: manage the full lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure, collaborating with sales and operations to convert opportunities into customers.
•Become a CPG ecosystem expert: develop deep knowledge of brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, and service providers and position Confido as the essential infrastructure layer.
•Drive revenue through partners: source high-quality opportunities and maintain ongoing partner relationships to sustain a pipeline of revenue growth.
•Collaborate cross-functionally: work with sales, business operations, and product teams to define and scale the channel strategy as a primary company driver.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 270,000 annually

•7+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with a track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
•Strategic thinking with ability to evaluate opportunities, size markets, and build compelling business cases for partnership investments.
•Comfort with ambiguity and experience building in fast-moving startup environments – youll be the second partnerships hire and help define how we scale our channel strategy.
•Proven ability to manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure while working cross-functionally with sales and operations.
•Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to become a CPG ecosystem expert and drive revenue through partners.
