Own end-to-end program management for a large, multi-department Support & Digital Experience portfolio, translating annual corporate planning into funded roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Modernize support planning and execution systems, deploy operating cadences, and establish portfolio visibility with dashboards, risk/dependency mapping, and executive-ready reporting. Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement to elevate lean maturity and drive automation and AI integration across customer support workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate support planning and program execution systems with corporate planning standards to eliminate planning lag.
•Partner with department and executive leadership to define annual and multi-year roadmaps with clear ownership and success measures.
•Maintain a portfolio-level view of Support & Digital Experience initiatives, including scope, progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
•Deploy tools and operating cadences to run large multi-department programs across the initiative lifecycle.
•Drive QBR/MBR cadence and executive-ready narratives, including risk escalation and program retrospectives/closeouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,100 - 300,550 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of program management or operations experience, including 8 years in leadership roles within SaaS companies.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
•Experience managing portfolios, dependencies, and priorities across departments.
•Experience selecting, deploying, and administering platforms such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow PPM.
•Experience building dashboards and using metrics for prioritization.
