Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Wing’s daily operational health of the end-to-end client fulfillment pipeline, maintaining pipeline visibility from Sales handoff through successful launch.
  • •Monitor pipeline movement and pipeline health daily, identifying aging accounts, stalled stages, capacity issues, and process bottlenecks.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Operations, Product/specialized teams, and Finance to ensure clean handoffs.
  • •Act as the first operational escalation point for pipeline issues (e.g., staffing delays, missing requirements, candidate shortages, client decision delays, incorrect handoffs), determining owners and tracking resolution.
  • •Establish and enforce pipeline SLAs, produce weekly and monthly pipeline health reporting and forecasting, and drive continuous process improvement to improve pipeline velocity.

  • •Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, customer success operations, or similar environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows involving multiple departments and drive accountability for stalled items.

  • •Strong understanding of SLAs, workflow management, escalation management, and process optimization.
