Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adyen’s global banking network, including measurable success metrics.
  • •Translate market infrastructure opportunities and regulatory requirements into clear priorities and actionable integration/capability use cases.
  • •Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations and underlying banking capabilities.
  • •Act as product authority and subject matter expert on core banking systems, clearing and settlement flows, and the market infrastructures Adyen connects to.
  • •Lead junior product managers in the team and collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, support, sales, implementation, and customers to deliver initiatives end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in product management (or adjacent) in a fintech or financial services environment focused on payments.
  • •Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products, with in-depth knowledge of at least one major market infrastructure (e.g., clearing house, real-time payment rail, or banking scheme).
  • •Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, including excellent project management skills and the ability to lead time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Data-driven analytical mindset to navigate ambiguity and convert complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to drive deep technical discussions and align stakeholders across disciplines and cultures.
