Job Summary

Serve as an expert healthcare resource to help customers successfully contract and implement InterSystems solutions. Lead discovery, induction, setup, validation, and adoption activities using the ARIES customer engagement methodology, including training and product demonstrations. Map clinical and administrative workflows, produce functional documentation and validation scripts, support go-live with on-site assistance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and complete support handovers.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposal and tender documentation, analyze customer processes, identify gaps, and run solution presentations aligned to the ARIES methodology.
•Lead induction, setup, configuration, and validation activities including producing documentation and validation scripts, troubleshooting issues, and supporting migrated data validation.
•Conduct training and enablement such as running workshops, preparing train-the-trainer materials, and training customer trainers on TrakCare functions.
•Provide on-site support for customer go-live, complete support handover processes, and coordinate with other InterSystems departments to resolve remaining issues.
•Maintain traceable documentation, learn new TrakCare functionality, and support colleagues by spreading application knowledge.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare with a strong understanding of clinical processes.
•Experience with EMR systems and knowledge of Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems.
•Experience working in a nursing role within a hospital environment and confidently interacting with clinicians and customers.
•Excellent communication skills and experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
•Experience with writing functional documents and business process mapping.
