Job Summary

Lead mono-disciplinary technical workstreams for short-term projects, coordinating planning, scope, and delivery under ASML’s project management framework. Translate requirements into deliverables, manage triple-constraint changes after the Product Initiation Document (PID), and coordinate requirement identification and verification. Drive stakeholder engagement, and handle risk/issue management, reporting, and benefit realization. Optionally lead small teams (typically under 25 FTE) through coaching and capability building.

Key Responsibilities

•Create workstream or project plans, organizing activities to deliver objectives and comply with the project management framework.
•Define project scope within triple constraint by translating requirements into deliverables and breaking down work; align scope changes after the PID with stakeholders.
•Plan and coordinate requirement identification and analysis, manage requirements throughout the project life cycle, and coordinate verification of end deliverables.
•Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement (status updates, reporting, alignment on impact) to ensure needs and concerns are met.
•Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; review and resolve technical/process/logistic problems, escalate as needed, and maintain project status for reporting.

Key Requirements

•Has solid work experience with several years in a technical field or generic project management.
•Has good knowledge of the competence/technical area managed and awareness of business issues.
•Knows industry standards for project management and can lead others on the project.
•Proficiency level: Advanced Beginner.
•Experience managing stand-alone projects or leading subprojects within defined procedures and standards.
