Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze information relevant to problems, gather diagnostic data, determine initial approach, execute, and coordinate with others as needed.
  • •Handover problems or aspects to second line support and document all data relevant for resolution.
  • •Perform repairs and standard service actions independently using tools and appropriate settings.
  • •Arrange parts, tools, and information in advance based on customer time windows to execute procedures.
  • •Explain actions to users, train customers in operation and routine maintenance, and recommend changes to procedures when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in a technical industry is required; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • •Knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules.
