Key Responsibilities

•Analyze information relevant to problems, gather diagnostic data, determine initial approach, execute, and coordinate with others as needed.
•Handover problems or aspects to second line support and document all data relevant for resolution.
•Perform repairs and standard service actions independently using tools and appropriate settings.
•Arrange parts, tools, and information in advance based on customer time windows to execute procedures.
•Explain actions to users, train customers in operation and routine maintenance, and recommend changes to procedures when needed.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•Experience in a technical industry is required; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
•Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
•Knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules.
