Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide test engineering support to manufacturing areas by interacting with operations, quality, process/mechanical, and production control on urgent test needs.
  • •Observe, analyze, and report test data; perform tests; and use engineering drawings, manuals, and related documentation.
  • •Perform technical efforts including process, test, troubleshoot, and repair of digital, analog, and RF equipment.
  • •Perform root-cause and corrective action analysis for non-conforming material and investigate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Core/Six Sigma principles to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, and reduce direct and indirect costs while maintaining test documentation and factory instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience with RF test methods, RF microwave product testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting drawings to perform measurements and troubleshoot electronic equipment.
  • •Use and functionality knowledge of test equipment such as network analyzers, DAQ, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and RF measurement tools.
  • •Active/existing U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
