Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute the global sourcing strategy for EE components and semiconductors across current and next-gen vehicle roadmaps.
  • •Own the semiconductor technology roadmap and keep product architecture aligned with supplier/industry direction.
  • •Own the Approved Vendor List end to end, including finding, qualifying, and evaluating suppliers.
  • •Negotiate long-term agreements, Master Purchase Agreements, and quality terms for priority parts.
  • •Lead BOM scrubs, should-cost modeling, supply-chain risk hedging/continuity plans, and supplier performance business reviews with travel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in global sourcing or commodity management with semiconductors or complex EE components, plus real NPI experience.
  • •Direct sourcing experience in computing, perception, power & motion, connectivity, or interaction components.
  • •BS in Engineering (EE preferred), Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • •Track record landing long-term agreements with global manufacturers with deep semiconductor ecosystem knowledge.
  • •Able to operate as a subject-matter expert with autonomy and build relationships; travel domestically/internationally ~25%.
