Key Responsibilities

  • •Sweep and clean assigned areas of the mill and sign off when completed.
  • •Assist with ingredient unloading/loading activities, including unloading rail cars/trucks when needed.
  • •Clean up feed spills and maintain service areas through strong housekeeping.
  • •Perform groundskeeping duties using landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers and trimmers).

Key Requirements

  • •Six (6) months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12 months.
  • •1 year feed mill experience preferred.
  • •HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •MS valid class D license (as applicable) with no more than 2 moving violations.
  • •Must live in a 50-mile radius from the facility and be able to meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
