Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and execute major projects/programs with varying capital investments to support the Broken Arrow site and Business Unit.
  • •Develop and implement transformations across people, processes, and investments, including product development and supply chain transformation.
  • •Initiate projects through business case definition, comparing gains vs. costs and time to profit.
  • •Manage project components including scope, budget and planning, teams’ animation, change management, risks, communications, reporting, and steering committees.
  • •Lead and develop project teams, manage stakeholders with status updates, and coordinate follow-through on deliverables, objectives, and performance monitoring.
