Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and research technical professionals (engineers, product managers, data scientists) using AI sourcing tools and multi-channel methods.
  • •Build comprehensive, diverse candidate lists and strong candidate pipelines to support clients’ hiring needs.
  • •Write personalized outreach messages and conduct initial conversations to gauge candidate interest.
  • •Perform market research on companies and teams to understand where to find candidates and the competitive landscape.
  • •Collaborate with recruiters on role requirements, conduct initial phone/video screening, and test sourcing/outreach strategies to improve response rates.

Key Requirements

  • •Naturally curious with strong research skills and attention to detail, including cross-referencing information online to build comprehensive candidate profiles.
  • •Experience reaching out to professionals and building candidate relationships through sourcing, recruiting, sales, business development, or research.
  • •Ability to distinguish between software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical roles to identify qualified candidates.
  • •Excellent written English for crafting outreach messages and conducting initial conversations with technical professionals.
  • •Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple sourcing projects, tracking interactions, and meeting deadlines consistently.
