Key Responsibilities

•Own procurement planning and sourcing strategy for dedicated projects in partnership with Project Management and business stakeholders.
•Lead bid development, supplier engagement, commercial evaluation, negotiation support, and purchasing execution aligned to scope, schedule, quality, total cost, and critical-path needs.
•Manage supplier identification/qualification and bid package development, including contract support, supplier performance management, and proactive risk identification.
•Resolve supplier and contract issues, influence commercially sound decisions, escalate risks early, and protect project continuity and reduce operational/contractual exposure.
•Drive procurement standards and category strategies, manage procurement plans and documentation (purchase orders, amendments), and improve procurement efficiency and governance through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or related field; advanced business or supply chain education preferred.
•Seven or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, strategic sourcing, or project procurement in a complex technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
•Strong understanding of sourcing, bidding, negotiation, contract administration, supplier management, commercial evaluation, total cost considerations, and procurement governance.
•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Quality, Shipping, and operations) without direct authority.
•Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement reporting, and documentation.
