Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with group leadership on thought leadership for AI adoption and act as an expert voice on feasibility.
  • •Understand domain “jobs to be done” and bridge AI expertise with group domain expertise.
  • •Produce and own the internal AI adoption roadmap, including defining, owning, and reporting AI KPIs and goals.
  • •Collaborate with the broader AI adoption team to define shared knowledge and data foundations for cross-functional work.
  • •Build AI solutions to meet business needs, including demos and POCs grounded in delivering value.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience rapidly building prototypes, PoCs, and consuming external APIs to deliver AI solutions.
  • •Proven experience building AI-based systems using orchestration platforms, config files, and prompt management (training models not expected).
  • •Hands-on proficiency in Python (or similar) and integrating AI tools via APIs into existing workflows.
  • •Experience with LLM design patterns such as RAG architecture and prompt management.
  • •Ability to rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concept AI applications.
