Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects from start to finish with responsibility for quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
•Head the project organization and coordinate scope, time, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
•Ensure the project complies with applicable laws, client requirements and WSP standards.
•Plan, monitor, and administer project activities, working independently with the client and internal teams.
•Contribute to the organization’s development and foster collaboration across departments to achieve common goals.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience leading infrastructure projects, preferably with Trafikverket as the end client.
•Strong understanding of design and design processes in projects.
•Knowledge of ABK, AB/ABT and AMA.
•Excellent command of Swedish and English.
•Civilingenjörsexamen, högskoleingenjörsexamen, or equivalent experience within civil construction/societal infrastructure.
