Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on turret equipment to ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and motion-related issues and identify root causes of repetitive failures.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, downtime, alarms, and maintenance data to improve equipment uptime and MTBF/MTTR.
  • •Execute equipment recovery and repair activities to minimize downtime and restore tools to production within required timeframes.
  • •Perform equipment setup, calibration, adjustment, and component replacement while ensuring process and operational requirements are met, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on improvements and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience as an equipment technician in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • •Exposure to turret/test equipment is an added advantage.
  • •Diploma in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or a relevant field.
  • •Self-driven ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance.
  • •Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
