Make decisions aligned with policies and applicable consumer and commercial compliance laws, and cross-sell other bank products.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop indirect and commercial business through new vehicle franchised dealers by coaching and leading Retail and Commercial Relationship Managers.
•Provide leadership and team building while collaborating with commercial/indirect underwriting teams.
•Drive analysis, planning, marketing, and budget management to support market goals.
•Manage compliance and risk management, ensuring decisions follow policies and applicable consumer and commercial compliance laws and regulations.
•Cross-sell other bank products and ensure strong customer service.
