Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction support (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards.
