Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • •Handle shipping documentation such as purchase orders, return authorizations, delivery notes, and other shipping papers; maintain accurate records.
  • •Direct shipment movement from receiving to storage and work areas; schedule loads and keep logs of commercial vehicles.
  • •Provide timely updates to carriers, third-party logistics partners, and customers; track and resolve carrier issues with internal teams.
  • •Use SAP to print pick lists and confirm/post orders; help ensure inventory control, storage security, and a clean, safe workspace.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
  • •Previous experience working in a shipping environment processing customer orders, preferred.
  • •General knowledge of shipping procedures, a plus.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, preferred.
  • •Bilingual, preferred.
