Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes on-site to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Perform safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Grow using consistent coaching and leadership training within the organization.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet; comfortable working in attics and confined spaces.
