Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multi-year enterprise financial ERP strategy and technology roadmap aligned to corporate finance goals.
  • •Lead end-to-end financial ERP implementations and complex multi-country rollout programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk.
  • •Establish governance and compliance practices, including Steering Committees/Design Review Boards, GDPR/regulatory compliance, and audit readiness/internal controls.
  • •Manage ERP vendor and system integrator relationships, including SLA definition, performance reviews, and onboarding third-party solutions.
  • •Build and lead a global team and drive change management, user adoption, training, and post-go-live continuous improvement/benefit realization tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years progressive experience in financial ERP systems, including 5+ years in leadership roles with direct team management.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-country ERP implementations on SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion.
  • •Deep expertise in core ERP modules such as FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Recognition, or equivalent Oracle Financials modules.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization with onshore/offshore delivery models.
