  • •Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment of production and customer requirements.
  • •Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including carrier scheduling, dock assignments, shipment documentation, and communication with transportation and 3PL partners.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • •Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, quality/regulatory requirements, and 5S/housekeeping standards while operating or overseeing PIV operations (forklifts).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • •Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, shipping documentation, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • •Forklift certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months, with ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV).
  • •Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required.
