Employee Relations Manager

Support employee relations across the company by conducting and assisting with sensitive workplace investigations, serving as a discreet point of contact for employees and managers, and helping resolve conflicts with sound judgment. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to apply ER policies consistently, guide managers through difficult situations, and contribute to early risk identification and training on conflict resolution and documentation.
