  • •Own the EES service tool portfolio, including internally developed, co-developed, and purchased service tools across software, hardware, and physical categories.
  • •Coordinate service tool development with internal engineering, other divisions’ engineering teams, and external suppliers.
  • •Partner with Parts and Service Division (PSD) to translate service strategies into service tools and products for EES and PSD.
  • •Drive serviceability requirements into new product development, including service tools, manuals, documentation, and service intervals.
  • •Participate in design reviews, approve requirements, act as stakeholder, and align service tool roadmaps with product roadmaps for Battery and Infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; technical diplomas considered.
  • •5+ years of related industry experience (10+ years preferred).
  • •Background in service, support, and diagnostics of machines, vehicles, and/or industrial equipment; hands-on experience is an asset.
  • •Experience defining and delivering service or diagnostic software products.
  • •Strong understanding of service principles such as OTA, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and remote logging/diagnostics.
