Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of institutional clients to retain and grow relationships profitably against business targets.
  • •Identify, solicit, and acquire new institutional clients for assets, liabilities, trade, and treasury sales in line with approved strategies.
  • •Negotiate credit lines using underwriting standards and risk-adjusted targets, including preparing detailed credit proposals.
  • •Conduct regular client visits and record call reports with pertinent information in a timely manner.
  • •Manage a team of Assistant Relationship Managers and Support Officers, set annual targets, and conduct performance reviews while supporting internal audit compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management/Administration.
  • •10 years of experience in Corporate/Institutional banking overall.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in the UAE market covering Dubai, preferably with Manufacturing clients.
  • •Exposure to one or more emerging markets.
  • •Ability to manage and advise a team, including training and performance review responsibilities.
