Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major aquatic biology projects from planning to completion, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure success.
  • •Manage all administrative, financial, and technical aspects of projects while maintaining proactive communication with clients.
  • •Act as the principal expert in the aquatic environment and advise teams on complex mandates.
  • •Mentor and supervise intermediate and junior biologists to foster professional development.
  • •Contribute to research and design of innovative restoration and compensation projects in aquatic environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 132,700 - 175,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in biology or related field; master’s degree preferred
  • •Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, preferably in environmental consulting
  • •Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and strong report writing abilities
  • •Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail; ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
  • •French language fluency; driver's license and eligible for vehicle lease/contract; willingness to travel occasionally within Quebec
