Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and contribute to robust manufacturing processes and methods for new products and customer orders.
  • •Calculate production, labor, and material costs; review schedules; estimate future requirements and standard times.
  • •Evaluate machinery, fabrication equipment, and tooling for safety, capacity, and effectiveness.
  • •Develop technical specifications for new equipment and manage capital projects, including workflow, material handling devices, and line operation setups.
  • •Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Pro Launch activities (process maps, standard work, PFMEAs, control plans, and job safety analysis) and support training and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, etc.).

  • •Knowledge of external customers’ quality specifications.
