Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
  • •Identify guests in possible distress or with medical issues and liaise with medical staff for appropriate care.
  • •Proactively approach and deescalate escalating situations calmly; warn persons of rule infractions or policy violations.
  • •Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance during emergencies; assist guests with special needs and mental health episodes.
  • •Support access control by verifying staff credentials and examining tickets or VIP passes; help with directions and write reports of daily activities and irregularities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •Experience in mental health, community services, and/or health and safety fields strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
  • •Ability to work outdoors among crowds in a loud environment, with constant walking and climbing stairs.
