•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while following policies and procedures, including fraud and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.

•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R registration).
