Inspect and recondition used vehicles by performing light maintenance and fluid checks and/or conducting initial inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed. Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct initial inspections on vehicles.
•Identify imperfections and potential repairs needed throughout the reconditioning process.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to support vehicle readiness.
•Participate in work scheduling that may include mandatory overtime based on business needs.
•Support Carvana’s mission to deliver exceptional customer experience by helping ensure vehicles are ready when expected.

Key Requirements

•Have at least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, including possible exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use required safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
