Job Summary

Deliver safe, nutritious, and varied meals for prisoners at HMP and YOI Doncaster, supporting wellbeing and the smooth running of the establishment. •Support and supervise kitchen workers and prisoners involved in food production and food service activities.
•Ensure food security, storage, handling, and distribution meet required standards.
•Complete HACCP, food hygiene, health and safety, and company documentation, and deputise for Head Chef or Team Leader when required.
